Well, It's been a while since I have actually written anything so here it is. Grammy was here. Oh the fun the kids had with her; sledding, adventure walks to the neighborhood store and one-on-one time. The kids loved every second and continue to ask when she is coming over. Dean told me just yesterday that her plain landed and we needed to go pick her up from the airport.
How nice it was for me and Dean as well. We enjoyed a nice dinner alone and a ski day with lil' Dean. Not to mention; a clean house, laundry done, a home cooked meal every night and sitter, all rapped up in one. Amazing, I know!
Jade, our yellow lab, had us scared after not being able to keep any food down for a week. The vet thought it was liver cancer but after a few simple tests, it was just an infection. After a week of medication, she seems to be feeling better.
Sarah has officially started potty training. She is doing very well and loves wearing panties. She actually refuses to wear diapers which is good in some ways but when your at the store, it makes for a whole new meaning to "run to the store" or is it, "run through the store".
Lil' Dean is continuing to improve in skiing and loves to go super fast which is the reason for grey hairs to suddenly appearing on my head... which Dean so gently pointed out the other night!!!
Dean has been extremely busy at The Snake Creek Grill which is great! Not seeing your husband, not so great!
I am gearing up for oral surgery on Tuesday. It is time to get my stubborn, impacted wisdom tooth out of my mouth once and for all. I am finally ready (thanks Johnny).
We are preparing for Sarah's Diego Birthday Party and Lil' Dean's Lightning McQueen Party, not really Lil' Dean, he just thinks he' s having one too! We'll figure it out!
I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Love from Utah!
Always remember, Sunshine is Free! (thanks jamie)
